The UP 35 pneumatic crimp machines with parallel closing mechanism offer maximum user-friendliness with optimal safety and crimp quality for small to medium-sized cross-sections. Above all, smaller contacts that require very high levels of crimp quality and accuracy can be processed perfectly thanks to the parallel closing mechanism. The UP 35 portfolio is rounded off by the UP 35 BA special machine (with hand lever for opening and closing the die), and the "Swiss Safety Crimp" machine (SSC), which can be operated without finger guards thanks to the double-foot pedal.

Due to their innovative design, these virtually maintenance-free machines only require little space. The machine can be transported easily using the supplied T-handle thanks to its easy-to-handle design and low weight of around 20 kg.

Productivity is increased and operation is greatly simplified through the use of the safety foot pedal – the hands remain free to insert the contacts and strands. The integrated sequence control system ensures the highest possible levels of process quality.

The adapters can be exchanged easily, quickly and without the need for additional tools, which offers the operator a wide range of processing options for loose contacts. Customer-specific dies for special applications can be developed quickly and easily, meaning a suitable processing method can be found or established for virtually all loose electrical contacts.

Thanks to the ergonomic inclination of about 10° on the machine, the crimp zone remains visible and the basic prerequisites for user-friendly, ergonomic operation are met. The integrated LED light source ensures the working area is optimally illuminated and errors are avoided during operation.

The UP 35/UP 35 BA and SSC pneumatic parallel crimp machines correspond to EC Directive 2011/65/EC (RoHS 2) and are CE compliant.
