Ultrasonic Welding Systems MachineThe ultrasonic welding system GLOBAL-Splicer-50 is an economic
production unit for welding copper splices within the cross-section range from 0.5 to 50mm² .
The compact design of the welding module offers various application
possibilities. The system is also optimally suited for operation in "at line" production.
The considerably enlarged and clearly visible compaction area facilitates an easy and quick insertion of splices throughout the entire cross-section range. Welding in sequences with very
short automatic tool cycle time is possible.
Controller, high frequency generator and industrial PC are mounted in a 19"-rack. The patented dynamical process control enables a regulation within set tolerance ranges which guarantees a high quality standard of the welded joints and a high process security.
